- Prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations or supplier updates.
3. Visa & Travel Documentation
- We provide visa assistance but the approval of the visa lies solely with the respective embassy/consulate.
- We are not responsible for any visa rejections, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they hold valid passports and travel documents.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the package and time of cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deduction of cancellation fees and third-party charges.
- No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early check-outs.
Note: Flight, visa, and insurance fees are non-refundable once processed.
5. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in all packages unless specified.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events like medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or baggage loss.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We act as an intermediary between the client and airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by acts or omissions of third-party providers.
- We are not responsible for any changes in travel plans due to weather, natural calamities, strikes, or political unrest.
7. Use of Website
- All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Sri Sai Tours & Travels and may not be copied or reused without permission.
- Any misuse of our site, including fraudulent bookings or illegal activities, will lead to legal action.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure all personal details provided at the time of booking are accurate.
- Follow all travel advisories, immigration regulations, and local laws of the destination country.
- Arrive on time for pickups, tours, and transport schedules.
